• A final details meeting around one month before your wedding to refine and confirm every element

• Ongoing support, including WhatsApp communication following your final meeting

• Full liaison with all your suppliers to confirm timings, logistics, and final arrangements

• Meeting and managing suppliers on the day, overseeing deliveries, set-up, and collections

• Coordination of remaining venue styling, including table plans, décor, and finishing touches

• Seamless support across up to two locations, if required (e.g. ceremony and reception venues)

• Professional management of the day’s timeline and order of events

• Guest announcements, when needed

• Calm, capable support for any additional tasks or last-minute needs
